1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Atelier 14 platform (the “Service”), operated by Reborn Studio Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Atelier 14 is an AI-assisted visualization platform for interior design professionals. The Service may be used to transform photographs, sketches, or 2D plans into visualizations, explore styles, and, depending on available features, create videos or incorporate manufacturers' products.

3. Registration and account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
You agree not to create multiple accounts to bypass limits or improperly obtain free credits.
We may suspend or delete an account for a breach of these terms or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or its users.

4. Credits and payments

The Service uses credits. Each generation type or tool uses the number of credits displayed before it is used.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Unless the Service states otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund policy displayed in the Service applies.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase, and applicable taxes may be added.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Your content

You retain your rights in the images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only to the extent required to provide, secure, and operate the Service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for the content you submit.

5.2 Generated outputs

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Atelier 14 does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Model provider terms and applicable law may nevertheless limit the protection or use of certain generated content.

5.3 Public gallery

For each output you voluntarily submit to the public gallery, a separate consent request identifies the intended use. After approval by our team, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display only that final output in our gallery and promotional communications. Marking an output as a favourite never constitutes publication consent.

Your name, contact details, generation instructions, and reference images are not published with the output through this process. You may withdraw consent from the relevant project; Atelier 14 will then stop publishing the output through the process provided in the platform.

5.4 Our platform

The Atelier 14 platform, its source code, interface, proprietary components, and brand belong to Reborn Studio Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to produce or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited.
Attempt to extract AI models, reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent security measures or Service limits.
Use automated methods to access the Service outside interfaces or APIs expressly provided for that purpose.
Resell access to the Service or credits without written authorization.
Upload content for which you do not have the required rights or permissions.

7. Artificial intelligence services

The Service may let you choose among several artificial intelligence engines. Results, processing times, technical limits, and applicable policies may vary by selected engine. Information required for your request may be sent to the corresponding provider as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or the absence of data loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

AI-generated outputs are visual approximations. They are not technical documents, construction plans, professional advice, or product specifications. Measurements, proportions, materials, and colours must be verified before any design, purchase, or construction decision.

9. Termination

You may request deletion of your account using the available features or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.
After termination, your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or our obligations. Changes take effect on the date shown on this page. When required by law or by the nature of a change, we will provide appropriate notice before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Quebec, subject to any mandatory rights available to you.
